The CVMA has committees and task forces that address statewide veterinary issues and build leadership skills. Committees usually meet once to twice a year, usually at the CVMA office in Sacramento. Committee members are appointed by the CVMA president. The CVMA provides committee members with transportation to and from the airport, a breakfast snack, lunch and a reimbursement of up to $100 to CVMA members for airfare. If you are interested in serving on a committee, contact Debbie Cary at [email protected].
