Yosemite Spring Seminar

March 11-13, 2011

Get away from it all and be renewed by the Yosemite Valley’s splendor at the California Veterinary Medical Association’s Spring Seminar in Yosemite National Park! This very popular seminar combines three one-half day seminar sessions with afternoons free to enjoy the wonders of Yosemite National Park.

Arrive by Thursday, March 10 and you can wake up to the beauty of Yosemite on Friday morning. Then join your colleagues in learning from the best. The CVMA is pleased to present two lively speakers who will enrich your mornings with information on Lameness and Ophthalmology. After lunch you can join your family, friends, and colleagues and explore the best known park in the world at a time of year when the crowds are gone.

You’ll earn 12 CE units, gain valuable information and have plenty of time to get to know this amazing national park – fresh air, granite peaks, giant sequoias, waterfalls, lakes, meadows – perfect for skiing, snowshoe hiking, ice skating, hiking, seeing wildlife, photography, driving around, family time!

CVMA members are eligible for express registration and automatic tracking of CE units as well as a discount on registration fees. If you are not a member, join now to take advantage of these and many other member benefits.

This seminar is being held at the Yosemite Lodge at the Falls.  The rooms being held for our group at the Yosemite Lodge are limited and are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once our room block is gone, attendees will have to book rooms at hotels outside the park.

Speakers in 2011 are Randall Fitch, DVM, MS, DACVS and Holly Hamilton, DVM, MS, DACVO.
Registration will open on September 3
